Project of the Month for August, 2008

Historic Smithville  

This project involved the manufacture of custom poles to mimic original custom cast iron poles from the 1850s.  The new poles needed a tenon to fit the new specified fixture and a base plate for bolting the pole to the pad (the original was direct burial.  In addition we needed to supply a wire-way as the original poles were for oil or kerosene lanterns.
